Over the past two decades, the U.S. tech sector has grown at a pace far exceeding that of Europe—but why? What advantages do tech companies in the U.S. have that are lacking in Europe, and can the EU learn from the American model? In a new Stockholm Free World Forum report Draghi Misses an Opportunity – The EU Can Succeed in a Technological Leap, Senior Fellow Stefan Fölster analyzes these questions.

Furthermore, the EU needs to develop a risk management approach that can better balance and handle high-risk projects.
