Mission
While the world is more free today than it was ten, twenty or thirty years ago, there are still nearly two billion people living under oppression who are denied the fundamental freedoms of assembly, religion, thought and expression.
The Stockholm Free World Forum (SFWF) champions individual liberty and believes this is a fundamental right that transcends national borders, religious faith, age, gender and ethnicity. We believe in free societies, free individuals and free markets. We consider these values as absolute and valid in all places at all times.
The SFWF thus aspires to stimulate a vibrant discussion on which ideas and perspectives of liberty should determine Swedish foreign and security policy. The SFWF aspires to promote freedom through hosting seminars, writing reports, publishing books and a weekly online magazine, as well as opining in media to bring vital policy issues to the forefront of domestic and international discussion.
