Thursday the 28th of March, Stockholm Free World Forum arranged a roundtable discussion with Frank Rose, Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and former Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, and John Rydqvist, Deputy Research Director at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI). The discussion was moderated by Dr. Oscar Jonsson, Acting Director of Stockholm Free World Forum.
