Minna Ålander is a non-resident senior fellow at Stockholm Free World Forum. Minna Ålander’s research focuses on NATO, security in Northern Europe, Nordic defence cooperation, Arctic security, as well as German and Finnish security and defence policy. Previously, Minna Ålander worked at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in Berlin. She is a researcher at FIIA, the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, and a non-resident senior fellow at the Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). She is the co-author of the report Tracking the Russian Hybrid Warfare – Cases from Nordic-Baltic Countries (Stockholm Free World Forum, 2024).
