Minna Ålander, non-resident senior fellow at Frivärld, writes for the Estonian think tank ICDS about how Nordic-Baltic cooperation has emerged as a united force following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Instead of a passive recipient of support from larger countries, the Nordic-Baltic region is becoming a contributor to European security and setting an example for others to follow.”
