On February 21, the Stockholm Free World Forum (Frivärld) Foreign Policy Academy held its first meeting for the 2025 cohort. Now in its 10th year, the year-long training program provides Sweden’s future experts and decision-makers with qualified training and networking opportunities on foreign and security policy.

Åsa Malmström Rognes, Head of Asia Program at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs gave detailed insights into geoeconomic dynamics between Europe, the United States and China.
Frivärld’s Senior Fellow Patrik Oksanen held a presentation on Russian hybrid warfare and tactics and how Sweden and European allies can push back.
