Erik Brattberg joins the Stockholm Free World Forum

Starting 11 March 2015, Erik Brattberg will serve as Global Business and Trade Program Director at the Stockholm Free World Forum. Erik possesses broad experience in foreign policy analysis with a special focus on trade and strategic issues. At the Stockholm Free World Forum he will be responsible for issues that affect trade, entrepreneurship and business’ role in the search for global prosperity. In addition to other issues, he will monitor the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), whose implementation will have potentially significant economic and geopolitical consequences.

Erik has previously worked for the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI) and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (Sipri) in Sweden, as well as for the Atlantic Council and the Center for Transatlantic Relations at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C and the European Policy Centre (EPC) in Brussels.

Erik Brattberg is a well-established debater and analyst, both in Sweden and in larger international circles. His knowledge and professional network is an important and long-awaited contribution to the Stockholm Free World Forum’s work, said Katarina Tracz, director of the Stockholm Free World Forum.
