Round Table Discussion: The Battle for a Free World – Nordic-Baltic-Poland in the Geopolitical Storm
Ukraine is fighting for its existence against Russian imperialism using North Korean soldiers. Taiwan is fearing Chinese attempts to change the status quo. Iran and its proxies are waging a war against Israel that is fueling tension in Western democracies.
With the landslide win of Donald Trump in the US the level of uncertainty in the geopolitical world is increasing when China aspires to global domination by 2049 and Russia wants its Empire back – with dire consequences for the Baltic Sea region.
In Europe the larger countries are struggling with internal turmoil, UK is searching its soul after Brexit combined with economic and political challenges, Germany is heading for a new election after the Government coalition breakdown in a country marked by economic stagnation and the rise of pro-Russian extremists parties in France.
Welcome to a round table with Stockholm Free World Forum on what Nordic-Baltic-Poland could, should and must do to ensure a Ukraine whole and free together with safety and prosperity of our own countries during this time of history.
