Bland annat skriver han: ”Putin has reinforced the competition between various groups within the regime so that nobody can threaten him, engaging ever more in corruption and nepotism. Putin has already proven that he could not care less about Russians’ lives or welfare. Now he suggests that he is more interested in a prolonged war than in victory.”
